Malcolm Brown has over twenty seven years experience of the energy sector and low carbon economy from capital markets analytical and strategy consulting roles at a senior level. His energy sector analytical roles in capital markets included, privatisation of the UK gas and power sectors at James Capel, Head of UBS’s European oil, gas, power and water research teams and Global Head of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein’s oil and gas teams. Malcolm has also been a Head of Investment research for investment banks covering Europe, Asia and South America. As a strategy consultant he was European commercial head for Cambridge Energy Research Associates, the leading energy consultancy. Latterly his focus has been upon the impact of the low carbon economy on the energy sector as Head of Business Development at Climate Change Capital, a specialist low carbon advisory and asset management business.
